3. Vacuum Skin Packaging

3.1. Preparation: Position the PE film, manually operate whether the mechanical actions are normal, set the heating temperature of the PE film, vacuum suction time, etc.

3.2. Stacking board: When the number of stacked boards is fixed, the height is also fixed. At this time, it is necessary to consider how to stack them to maximize the output and save materials. The following are several principles:

a. The distance between the outermost plate and the edge must also be at least twice the thickness of the plate.

b. The spacing between each stack of boards depends on the specification (thickness) and (standard is 0.2m/m) of the PE film, using the principle of heating, softening and elongation, while vacuuming, cover the board and paste it with bubble cloth . The spacing is generally at least twice the total thickness of each stack. Too big and waste material; too small, it is difficult to cut and it is very easy to peel off the sticker or not stick at all.

c. If the size of the PANEL is not large, the above packaging method will waste materials and labor. If the quantity is very large, it can also be opened into a container similar to the packaging method of flexible board, and then shrink-wrapped with PE film. There is another way, subject to the consent of the customer, leave no space between each stack of boards, but separate them with cardboard, and take an appropriate number of stacks. 3.3. Start: A. Press start, the heated PE film is led down by the pressing frame to cover the table. B. Then suck in the vacuum pump at the bottom and stick to the circuit board, and paste it with the bubble cloth. C. Raise the outer frame after the heater is removed to cool down. D. After cutting off the PE film, pull open the chassis, and each stack can be cut and separated.

3.4. Packing: The packing method, if specified by the customer, must be in accordance with the packing specification of the customer; if not specified by the customer, the packing specification in the factory must also be formulated in the principle of protecting the board from external damage during transportation. 3.5. Other notes:

a. Information that must be written on the outside of the box, such as "mouth wheat head", part number (P/N), version, cycle, quantity, important and other information.

b. Attach relevant quality certificates, such as slices, solderability reports, test records, and various test reports required by customers, and place them in the way specified by the customer.
