12. Scratches: All lines and contacts must not have nicks that run through the inside and outside (that is, the nicks are cut from the substrate on the line), and the principle of slight scratches is not to affect its impedance. The surface of the carbon ink is very easy to have scratches. , the scratches are based on the principle of not affecting the conduction of the line.
13. Membrane switch adhesion strength: After the insulating ink is dried, the ink surfaces are pressed against each other for 24 hours to ensure that the insulation does not stick to each other. After sticking with pressure-sensitive tape for 1 minute without air bubbles, peel off quickly, and no ink should fall off.
