1. Cutting

The raw materials used in membrane switches include PC film, PET film or sheet, and of course PVC film or sheet. What is the difference between film and sheet? Usually, products with a thickness of 0.25mm and below are called films, and products with a thickness greater than 0.25mm are no longer called films, but sheets. That is to say, the key point to distinguish between film and sheet is the thickness of the material. The so-called cutting is to divide the raw materials to be used from larger areas or volumes of raw materials for use. The machines used for cutting generally include small shearing machines, cutting machines, semi-automatic slitting machines, fully automatic slitting machines, etc.

2. Film

Film out is the most critical link in the entire membrane switch manufacturing, not one of them. Whether the film is correct or not directly affects the quality and efficiency of silk screen printing. Therefore, membrane switch manufacturing companies all attach importance to film design. Usually design plus proofreading, two people do the job together to make sure it gets it right the first time. When producing the film, the film personnel need to know the size of the screen printing machine, the size and mesh of the screen, the color type, the thickness of the line, and the quantity of products. Only by comprehensively considering the above factors can the film production work be done solidly.

3. Plate making

Plate making is also called plate printing. By coating photosensitive paste on the screen printing screen and then using film to complete a job on the plate printing machine, plate making is also the second key step in the membrane switch manufacturing process. The quality of the screen printing plate affects the screen printing. The quality of the quality and the quality of the final product, so the plate-making work is performed by people with rich work experience in many companies. 4. Screen printing

Screen printing is the core process of membrane switch manufacturing. The machines used in silk screen printing include semi-automatic screen printing machines, fully automatic screen printing machines, roll-to-roll screen printing machines, and of course manual screen printing machines. The manual screen printing machine is flexible in application, whether it is batch or proofing, it has good applicability and operability, but in the mass production process, the efficiency of the manual screen printing machine is not as good as that of semi-automatic, fully automatic and roll-to-roll screen printing machines. But any membrane switch manufacturing company cannot do without a manual screen printing machine.

5. Mold

Mold production is to use engraving machine, engraving and milling machine, or laser cutting machine to make molds. These molds are indispensable tools for manufacturing membrane switches. The quality of molds is an important part that affects the quality of membrane switches. Membrane switch molds can be divided into knife molds and punch molds, the former is used for cutting, and the latter is used for embossing.

6. Cutting

Use special tools and equipment such as die-cutting machines, semi-automatic die-cutting machines, fully automatic die-cutting machines, starting presses, hydraulic presses, laser cutting machines, etc. And the shape of the silk screen sheet is cut, and cutting is the basis of assembly.

7. Assembly

A process with the least degree of mechanization. At present, it is difficult to realize it mechanically, and it is completely dependent on manpower to assemble the panel, surface adhesive, upper and lower lines, key sheet adhesive and back adhesive into a whole.

8. Quality inspection

Not only at the end, but in fact, in every process of membrane switch panel manufacturing, quality inspection is inseparable.
