The edge of the process is generally 5-10mm wide. In order to save a little pcb cost, it is not advisable to cancel the process edge or set the process edge to 3mm (not recommended).
So under what circumstances can the process edge be eliminated? When the structure shape is normal rectangular or square and the chip element has a safe distance of more than 5mm from the border line, the process edge can be canceled to facilitate rail transmission.
