Film design is a key step in the membrane switch panel industry. The quality of film typesetting design directly affects the efficiency and convenience of subsequent screen printing. Before doing film design, you must clearly know the effective screen size of your company's screen screen, silk screen The length and width dimensions of the sheet.
In this product, the film design has two colors, the first color is white, and the second color (background color) is black, so there are two color layouts, as shown in the figure below. When designing the film, special attention should be paid to the fact that the positioning holes can only appear in one color, and there must be boundary lines, alignment lines and cutting lines. The correct addition of these lines is crucial for subsequent silk screen work and quality inspection. has a very important meaning.
Die design, in this product, there is no convex hull and window process, so only the shape die needs to be designed. When designing the product shape die, it is generally necessary to reduce the length and width appropriately. For example, if the length and width of the product are 66.6 and 45.4mm respectively, then the length and width of the die should be appropriately reduced to 66.4mm It is more suitable for 45.2mm.
Special attention should be paid to the positioning posts, generally at least two are required, and the positioning posts need to be equipped with springs. Once the thickness of the template of the cutting die is determined, the size should be as consistent as possible, such as 18mm or 20mm template, and this size should be used as much as possible in the future, which is very important to improve the efficiency of cutting and debugging. 4. The height of the wooden boards used for the die cutter should be as consistent as possible, and a positioning post with a spring is required. The diameter of the positioning post is exactly equal to the diameter of the positioning hole in the film.
