Key surface, also known as the film panel, belongs to a film switch, pasted on the outer surface of the product, usually used to mark the product manufacturer, product specifications and other information. A few days ago, we received a design file of a button sticker from the customer, which is a multi-connected structure sticker.

It can be seen that there are a total of 22 small stickers, neatly formed a large sticker, 22 small stickers closely arranged with each other, the four corners of each small sticker are rounded corner design with a radius of 1mm.

The information on these 22 small panels is: RS485, solar radiation, battery, power supply, RS232, SIM card, temperature and humidity, temperature, custom, wind direction, the second line: power supply, temperature and humidity, temperature, custom, wind direction, valve feedback; Row 3: Reversing valve, antenna, solar radiation, sensor, data, water temperature.

After communication with the customer, the background color of the key surface sticker is made of silver. The following describes how the silver film key surface sticker is manufactured.

Like all other key surfaces and film panels, the first thing to do is to make a knife die, 22 small surfaces neatly and closely connected, in order to avoid the burr and non-smooth situation on the edge of each small surface after punching the knife die, the 22 small surfaces need to be spread out, that is, each small surface edge is at least 3mm apart. At the same time, in order to reduce the deviation of cutting and improve the consistency of surface size, it is necessary to arrange the positioning column of the tool die on the shorter side. Next, it's time for the film design file. In the film design document, the position of each side sticker must be exactly one-to-one corresponding to the position of each side sticker in the die design document. In order to improve the efficiency of silk screen printing, the two large stickers are combined into a larger layout according to the upper and lower structure, as shown in the following figure, and at the same time, add boundary lines and cutting lines in the four azimuth angles, and do not forget to add the alignment line and positioning holes. The film document has a total of two panels, the first panel is black font, the second panel is silver background color. The outer edge of the silver background color needs to be edged out, so as to leave a certain safety margin for the screen printing. Film design file, RGB format color cannot appear, all colors must be CMYK format. With the film design drawing, send to the film manufacturer. The two layouts of the film document are shown below.

After getting the film film produced by the film factory, it is handed over to the plate maker, after the photosensitive paste, exposure, washing the screen plate, and drying, the screen screen plate has been made, and the next can be screened. Screen printing work requires careful and careful, good eyesight.

After a few hours of screen printing and drying, do another inspection, pick out the defects and products, only keep good products, and cover the back of good products with 3M double-sided tape. In the process of covering 3M double-sided stickers, care and earnestness are also indispensable.

Drilling, positioning holes, you can use the manual way, the disadvantage is low efficiency, you can also use the target machine, laser target machine, not only higher efficiency, but also higher accuracy, better consistency. With the positioning hole in place, it's time to punch the contour work. Through the punching machine, with the knife die, the shape of the key surface paste is cut out. In the punching process, particular attention should be paid to safety, followed by the silver button sticker, the PC material needs to be punched, while the 3M double-sided release paper is not cut, such an advantage is that the entire face is affixed with 22 small stickers and not scattered, convenient for customers to use.

After knife die design, film design, plate making, screen printing, double-sided pasting, positioning holes, punching, quality inspection, a silver background of the film key board pasting finally came into being.
