The compressed package contains Gerber drawings with CAM and RS274X, one is Gerber data that can be opened directly by CAM350, the other is drawings that can be opened only after importing CAM350, and the word document is board making instructions.
Plate making instructions include the customer's product information and plate making requirements, such as the number of layers, plate material, ink color, surface treatment method, lamination structure diagram, UL requirements, etc. The notes in the plate making instructions are as follows:
1. whether there are requirements for the plate, the company has used this kind of plate;
2. whether there are plate thickness requirements, plate thickness tolerance to meet the company's technical capabilities;
3. whether the surface treatment can meet; Whether the color of the ink covering film has other requirements;
4. whether it can meet the laminated tensile or laminated structure;
As for the Gerber data, this product has 6 layers of sheets in the sheet manufacturing instructions, so after decompressing the Gerber file, we first check if the layer number of sheets is missing from the file name. Gerber data is the design drawing of the customer's product, including the circuit, solder mask, solder layer, character, shape, hole layer, layout diagram and hole diagram. The picture below. After confirming that the number of layers is complete, we need to review the open customer data. The key points of Gerber data are as follows:
1. the line layer is not complete;
2. Whether the minimum line width, line spacing, pad size, pad to pad, wire to pad, hole to line, hole to pad meet the process requirements in different networks;
3. Cover the circuit layer on the solder stop layer, and then cover the solder stop layer on the solder stop layer to confirm whether the window of the solder stop layer is missing;
4. when it is found that the distance between the PAD and the PAD is insufficient, and the welding bridge needs to be retained, it is necessary to ask the customer for confirmation;
5. the distance between the contour line, copper sheet and PAD does not meet the company's process requirements. First, it can be suggested to cut the PAD and copper or move the line. Second, let customers accept bare copper;
6. Check whether the hole is on the window PAD. If so, let the customer confirm that the design is normal. Customers need to know that the patch will leak or lack solder, or plug the hole with ink or resin and then electroplate the surface to make it invisible;
7. if the distance from the line to the PAD is not enough, the line can not move, confirm whether to accept the missing line or ink on the PAD;
8. Whether the MARK point has a window opening, if all VIA holes are open, whether it is necessary to cancel this window opening; Whether the NPTH hole has a window;
9. Whether the BGA design is reasonable; Impedance design can be satisfied; Whether the coil position design meets the requirements.
